Deep Grout Steam Clean

Our commercial-grade steam cleaner naturally sanitizes, details, and deodorizes any surface. Using superheated steam, it kills 99.99% of bacteria and viruses while melting away grime, mold, mildew, and calcium water buildups, as well as hard water stains.

After a deep steam clean, we add a cement/non-cement-based organic acid or non-acidic to the grout lines to remove further buildup or hard water, or efflorescence. This also makes the porous grout easier to absorb the sealer, which lasts longer.

For best results, we repeat the cleaning process three times with safe and friendly products.
