After completing the deep steam clean process, we dry the shower/tiled areas and professionally remove any cracked or stained grout in some cases. This can weaken the adhesive that binds the tile to the drywall, allowing water/moisture to enter and cause damage.

To repair loose, wobbling, or cracked floor tiles, we offer two options:

Option 1: Grinding the grout around the tile with special power tools and precision skills, and either inserting liquid cement and reapplying flexible grout

Option 2: Lifting the tile with suction, prepping the tile and floor, reattaching the tile with cement, and reapplying color-matched grout. It's always helpful to have extra tiles on hand.
